Our Terms and Conditions

1. Services begin once payment for your chosen shared hosting plan or domain registration is successfully processed. Hosting accounts and domains are activated immediately after payment clears. Clients must renew hosting fees monthly (or as selected) and domain registration fees annually (or as selected) to keep services active.

2. Optional add-on services—such as SSL certificates, dedicated IPs, website migration, automated backups, or premium support—incur additional fees. Charges are applied as one-time or recurring fees per the service description and added to your invoice.

3. Service activation may be delayed if:

  • Payment is incomplete, declined, or subject to verification
  • Domain ownership verification, transfer approval, or DNS configuration is pending
  • Client requests custom configuration changes before activation
  • Required documentation or technical details are not provided by the client
  • Hajiq, at its sole discretion, determines that compliance checks or additional review are necessary

4. We guarantee 99.9% uptime on our shared servers and strive for complete client satisfaction. If an outage or issue falls within our control, we will work to resolve it promptly. However, Hajiq is not responsible for third-party failures, force majeure events, or requirements beyond the scope of your selected plan. Additional features beyond the original plan may require an upgrade or extra fees.

5. Any service or feature (e.g., a provisioned website, DNS setup, SSL installation) approved by the client upon activation is considered complete. Subsequent modifications or new requests will be billed according to our current service rates.

6. If payment for hosting or domain renewal is not received within 30 days of the due date, services will be suspended. Domains not renewed within 60 days may be released to the public. Suspension or termination of services does not waive outstanding fees and does not affect our right to collect payment.

7. Clients may request a prorated refund for unused hosting time or domain registration within 14 days of initial purchase. Refunds are subject to review and approval in accordance with our refund policy.

About credit card data processing

Please keep in mind that for security reasons, Hajiq always:

  • Prevents unauthorized access, maintains data accuracy, and ensures proper use of information through robust physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards.
  • Uses PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways to process credit card transactions. Gateway fees per transaction or monthly service fees are the client’s responsibility, according to the provider’s pricing plans.
